East End Husky in Sault Ste. Marie

Disgusting customer service at restaurant side, bunch of raciest people work here, terrible customer service, serving a cold food and making faces at us. Grow up guys you don’t represent canada. Would never spending a penny here from now.

Husky truck stops are always a good place to stop, fuel and grab a bite to eat..

Pumps always closed soon as it hits -5 no def available unless you buy jugs which aren’t allowed on company cards save a headache and go to petro on great northerners

Typical, large(ish) Husky, with a nice parking lot and a medium-sized grass area near a small brush area that is good for toileting dogs.

Love the food. Good portions, usually get it pretty quick and it always tastes great! Service is usually pretty good too. Staff always seems super nice and happy. Always go to the Husky for breakfast with the family everytime we go to the Soo!

The only bad thing is there slushy machine here is usually out of service.they have a restaurant with home cooked food and I'm the store they have fresh premade food for on the go convenience.

Well maintained, clean and restaurant always serves the best breakfast in the Sault.

I was trapped in this husky twice while hitch hiking. The staff was all very friendly and let me stay warm inside all night.

Decent sized lot for trucks. Good restaurant food,freshly prepared. Oddly most items on the menu are $14.29 or $14.99. Soup serving size is NOT worth the price. Usually has spots available late into evening. And it usually is pretty quiet. Restroom are clean, and staff is overly friendly and chatty.

This is one of my favorite places to eat.The good: Awesome wait staff, home cooked style food, good prices.The bad: I can't say anything bad as I've never had a bad experience here.

Big parking lot. Pretty good deals on snacks. The washrooms and restaurant needs some improvement. The food is over priced and the quality is poor. Pretty much the same boring specials daily. They only have two toilet stalls and one of them you have to walk through the restaurant to get to.

A landmark when arriving into the Sault .. always my last stop on my way out. Clean , well maintained and always friendly and helpful staff

Awesome meal. Little pricy for a truck stop BUT WORTH IT. Huge portions. Had the special Hot Roastbeef Sandwich. Came with a side salad, veggies and pile of yummy French fries smothered in HOMEMADE GRAVY. My hubby had the Convoy Breakfast and it to was huge. Coffee was limitless and good.Highly recommend this restaurant and has a great family atmosphere.

This Husky location has a friendly personality, has a sense of humour, a happy waitress who bursts into song on occasion, is spacious, open, bright and clean. Large servings for reasonable prices. It also has an attached gift shop/ convenience store, and several gas pumps that are all covered under a large roof. Very spacious parking lot.

Most of the time that have the lowest price in town. And a great soulection of slushies to choose from

We had a great breakfast a couple of weeks ago while travelling through and were looking forward to another great breakfast 2 days ago while on our way home from vaca. This second time was so very disappointing. We waited for at least 30 minutes for our meals that were cold and over cooked when we got them. The restaurant only had about 8 other customers so it was NOT busy. The couple that sat at a table moments after we got our first cup of coffee got their meals after I was done eating. When we left I noticed that the had NOT eaten much either. So very disappointing.

The rewards program is good at « Husky » for travellers like me. Free showers (rewards), they were clean, personal was great. This is a must STOP for travellers going across Canada. There was no sandwich/Rolls/Hotdogs ready though, I guess the guy who make them was late that day. Overall, Good.

Always stop for breakfast here when in the Sault. Fantastic.

Lots of parking. Good food and clean showers. There's a full sized restaurant for a sit down meal or if you're in a hurry there's a snack bar with sandwiches ,salads etc. to go. You can get diesel fuel or gas. There's no repair shop .

Good service. I ordered the haddock. I got a huge plate of fries a massive piece of fish and a big bowl of coleslaw. Delicious. The place was clean and the staff friendly without being annoying. One of the best Husky restaurants I've been to for a long time. I'll be back.

This wouldnt be the first time they didn't have anyone here to clean the showers before I go back on the road so another day without s shower...this truck stop sucks big time..

So I have to stay at this establishment for the night I go in to get a shower I asked the guy behind the counter for one shower he says sorry they're all dirty our maintenance guy won't be in till 7 unfortunately we can't give you a shower.... now I live down in Niagara there's a husky there in Niagara on the Lake you asked them for shower they don't say sorry they're all dirty maintenance guy I'll be in at 7 the people behind the counter actually will go and clean the showers.... but all in all I give this place a very poor rating in Sault Ste Marie

Food isn't what it used to be .....service is hit or miss. I think there's a few bad attitudes in both the store and restaurant sides.

Good location and set up to be able to get a truck towing a large camping trailer through the pumps easily. When you tow a large trailer you soon realize how few stations are set up for you to get through. Combine that with needing diesel and your options slip even further.

Says all over the Google maps the restaurant is open 24hrs. Went in at 530am. Was told it opens at 7am.

Great place to get gas and even a coffee

I loved going to this station when I was a kid, the restaurant would serve the best food all night. It is still somewhat similar to back then, although it is now an Esso. They still have the restaurant 👍 and the last time I was there it was very good food 😋I was not crazy about waiting in line for 2 women to check all their scratch and lotto tickets for 7-8 minutes. It's ridiculous that people take up time during the busy hours to check their tickets 😡😡

Not even one star!!Team need to use one shower a time because other 4 are dirty!!!Only 7trucks on parking...First and last time will waste my time here!!!Asked manager M for a fresh coffee (was empty)you will see her face ??!!!!!!Really unprofessionally!!!!

This is a belated review, so hopefully the waitress that did this doesn't work here anymore. I'm not sure because I never went back I came here late after work with a group of coworkers. The waitress was rude to us immediately. She threw menus at us and grabbed them back, served the wrong food, loudly sighed while taking our orders, made one of my friends cry. It wasn't just poor service - she was passive aggressive and rude. Her and the cook also had multiple arguments about whether or not the food served was correct .. AT OUR TABLE. They literally lifted our plates and poked at the food with their fingers... And then gave it back... This went beyond 'poor service' where wait staff forgets to check on you. She was outright mean. Frustrated because I've been to huskies before and they weren't like this. However I'll never go again and will tell everyone I know not to go in the future.
